Two local artists, Gale Tytlandsvik and Brenda Blackburn, have been putting in a lot of hours, working at the Garden Park on Fourth Street lately.

There are only a few spots left available for the Summer Art Program to be offered by the City of Weyburn. The Summer Art Program will be held in the Sun Room at the Weyburn Leisure Centre for ages six to 12 years, from July 12 to August 17.

Weyburn writer Ron Ror has finished a four-year writing project, called 鈥淭he Rors鈥�, a multi-generational series of family stories which he has fictionalized into an epic tale. 鈥淭he people are real, but the dialogue is made up.

Another year has come to an end at the Drewitz School of Dance.

A local family has found a way to share their passion for games with the rest of the world. Photographer Monique Willms developed the game named Dig from scratch, and now the new product is available for others to try out.
