The 2011 Junior Citizen of the Year, Kaytlin Hantke, was shocked when she heard her new title. "I didn't know I was nominated," said Hantke.

You win some, you lose some. The Humboldt Broncos split their two away games this week, coming away from their western road trip with a loss to the Kindersley Klippers and a win over the Battlefords North Stars.

The regular season is almost over, and they're not letting up on the gas. The Humboldt Broncos scored two more wins at home this week, one over one of the strongest teams in the league this season.
