SOUTHEY — Southey RCMP are investigating the theft of a 2021 Travalum stock trailer taken from the RM of Cupar in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Police say the trailer, bearing Saskatchewan plate 357 MDW, was stolen around 2 a.m. and last seen being towed northbound on Highway 6 from Southey.
The trailer features Flaman decaling and a spare tire mounted to the front. Investigators believe the trailer jack may have been damaged, as it was dragged during the theft.
Police released a photo of a trailer identical to the stolen one to assist in identification.
Anyone who sees the trailer or has information about the theft is asked to call 310-RCMP. In an emergency, call 911. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
