Regina Cemetery Tours return in June.

REGINA — The Regina Cemetery Tours are back for 2025, offering a haunting blend of history, folklore and true crime beginning June 6.

This year’s season includes weekly guided tours every Friday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. through September, and every Sunday in October from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Tour organizers say this year’s programming dives deeper into the city’s forgotten or lesser-known stories, with new monthly themes introduced for returning visitors.

June will focus on the Regina Cyclone, featuring the graves of 17 victims — including some unmarked or mismarked — as well as a look at a supposed connection to the RMS Titanic.

In July, tour-goers will hear tales of the Regina Riot, a headline-grabbing 1950s murder suspect, a deadly man-made epidemic, and a notorious Freemason.

August brings back one of 2024’s most popular tours, highlighting women from Regina’s earliest days, including Catherine Sheldon-Williams and Rosie Schmidt.

September’s tours will explore true crime exclusively, sharing stories of love triangles, police killings, executions and even rumours of witchcraft — content organizers say may not be suitable for children.

October will centre on pandemics that struck Regina, such as the Spanish flu, smallpox, typhoid and tuberculosis.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for seniors. Children under 12, along with teachers and educational staff, can attend for free. Tickets are available online or at the gate.
