REGINA — The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport will conduct a prescribed burn in Condie Nature Refuge on Thursday, May 1, in the late afternoon, weather and site conditions permitting.
Controlled burns promote healthy ecosystems and help eliminate fuel to reduce the risk of wildfires, Saskatchewan Environment states in a press release.
